Upcoming Update to A*STAR User Email Addresses in NSCC HPC System – Starting 14 June 2025

Dear A*STAR Users,
 
We would like to inform you about an important upcoming change regarding your user email information in NSCC HPC system in alignment of A*STAR Email Domain Migration.
 
Following the A*STAR planned email domain change, we will be updating all A*STAR user email addresses stored in our user database to reflect the new domain. This update will be performed on your behalf, and no action is required from your side for the change itself.
 
Key Details:
  • Implementation Start Date: Saturday, 14 June 2025, at 10:00 AM
  • Impact: A*STAR user email addresses in the HPC system will be updated to match the new email domain.
  • Rollout Plan: Updates will be implemented according to A*STAR Email Domain Migration batches.

What You Need to Know:
  • You will receive a notification once your email address has been successfully updated as part of your assigned batch.
  • A self-check mechanism will be made available so you can verify your updated email information in the HPC system.
  • If you encounter any issues after the update (e.g., incorrect email address) or expecting any exceptions for the update, please contact our helpdesk for prompt assistance.
