Subject: Reminder: ITSS Network Maintenance affecting A*STAR Users from 8 August 2019 2000hrs to 12 August 2019 2200hrs
Dear A*STAR Users,
Please be informed that ITSS will be conducting a network maintenance from 8 August 2019 (Thursday) 2000hrs to 12 August 2019 (Monday) 2200hrs. During this period, the A*STAR login nodes will not be available.
If you hold a joint appointment in NUS, NTU or SUTD, you may still access the system via nus.nscc.sg, ntu.nscc.sg or sutd.nscc.sg respectively.
Alternatively, all users may access the system via the alternative login node at aspire.nscc.sg using the NSCC VPN (https://vpn.nscc.sg). However, please refrain from doing any large file transfers as bandwidth is limited. VPN set-up instructions can be found in https://help.nscc.sg/user-guide/.
