Dear NSCC users,
We need to perform urgent network maintenance on Thursday, 16 Nov 2017, from 7pm to 10pm. The maintenance is required to address an urgent network issue that is affecting the network access by some of you.
During the maintenance, the following services will not be available:
- NSCC VPN service – NSCC users can continue to access their local NSCC login nodes at A*STAR, NTU, NUS and SUTD. If you are away from your campus networks, you should use your organisation’s VPN service to gain access to the local login nodes.
- NSCC web services: Users Portal, Projects Portal and Service Desk.
- The login node NSCC04 will lose Internet access for data download from the Internet. Any pre-existing data transfers will be disrupted.
