(Steps from 1 – 10 are one time only)
1. Open Internet browser, go to the URL https://vpn.nscc.sg/
Enter your LDAP username and password to login.
2. On your mobile phone, download and install “Sophos Authenticator” from the Apple Apps store or Google Play store depending on whether you are using Apple or Android phone.
After the app is installed, scan the QR code. Proceed with login and this time, you need to login with your LDAP username and password with the OTP appended behind the password.
With OTP, your password should be: <password><onetime pass-code> (e.g. yourldappassword128363)
For example, if your ldap password is “ldappassword”, and your OTP you currently see in your Sophos Authenticator app is “128363”, you should enter:
ldappassword128363
(Below is a sample QR code, do not scan, scan the QR code visible on VPN web page)
3. After login successfully, go to Remote Access and click the third option to download the necessary user profile. Take note that it is a .zip file.
4. To install the SSLVPN client for MAC, go to https://tunnelblick.net/
Go to the download section to download the SSLVPN client.
5. Once the download is finished, open the .dmg file and start the installation.
Double-click the Tunnelblick.app
6. Click Open
7. Enter the MAC administrator username and password when prompted.
Continue with the installation process.
8. After the installation is completed, you will see the SSLVPN icon on your MAC program bar.
9. Open the SSLVPN user profile (.zip file) downloaded earlier. Extract it and double-click on the .ovpn file insider the folder. You will be prompted to install the user profile, click All Users
10. Enter the MAC administrator username and password to continue.
11. The user profile is now imported into the SSLVPN client. Click on the SSLVPN client icon and click VPN Details
12. Under the Set DNS/WINS setting, select Set nameserver (3.0b10), after that click Connect
13. Proceed to login with your LDAP username and password with the OTP appended behind the password.

ldappassword128363
